If you are interested in enrolling simultaneously at 阿卜苏 and another eligible post-secondary 机构，联合体协议可以使用. 采用财团协议合并 the hours at both institutions for financial aid purposes.
阿卜苏作为家庭学校 indicates that your degree will come from 阿卜苏 and you are enrolling as a transient 就读于其他合资格专上院校的学生.

Allow time for processing by two 学校s (minimum of 2-3 weeks).
- 阿卜苏 will award, disburse, and monitor compliance with 阿卜苏 policies and procedures.
- Financial aid is disbursed according to the 阿卜苏 disbursement schedule.
- 这是学生的责任 to pay all charges due to the host 学校. 如果学费 and fees are due at the host 学校 prior to financial aid being disbursed to the student’s account at 阿卜苏, it is his or her responsibility to pay the host 学校.

- Student must be enrolled and accepted for admission as a degree seeking student at 阿卜苏. Student must enroll as a “transient” student at the host 学校.

- Student is required to enroll for a minimum of 6 credit hours at 阿卜苏 for the entire
term (this does not include summer terms) in order to receive financial aid. 财团

hours at 阿卜苏 during the fall or spring terms other than for those enrolled in a two
plus two program or documented special circumstances where it is necessary for the

minimum 6 credit hours required by policy when the following conditions exist:
- Two-Plus-Two programs: Partnerships between a two-year 学校 and 阿卜苏 that facilitates a student completing the last two years of his or her four-year degree at the home 学校.
- Student submits a letter from an academic advisor verifying a legitimate need for 学生入学时间不得少于一半.
- 阿卜苏 will process consortiums as home 学校 when a student is not enrolled in the
minimum 6 credit hours required by policy when the following conditions exist:
- An 阿卜苏 academic advisor or Registrar Office staff must certify coursework at the 接收院校适用于阿卜苏学位计划.

- A student’s cost of attendance (COA) is calculated using actual tuition and fees at the host 学校 as well as 阿卜苏 (if applicable), and all other 阿卜苏 budget components no matter if the student is solely enrolled at the host or both at the host and 阿卜苏.
